Anderson Silva and Professor Ricardo De La Riva recently gave a seminar on Thursday, March 26, in Lagoa, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Anderson showed the kids how he submitted Chael Sonnen with a a hail Marry triangle choke. De La Riva showed the details and Anderson helped some students with the adjustment of the position.
