In 2012 the 3rd Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Ladies Summer Camp was organised by Yasmin Sewgobind in the Netherlands. During this event almost 50 ladies from mostly Europe were united. The female BJJ players in this documentary are sharing their passion and are explaining what position BJJ takes up in their lifes.
BJJ Lady aims to make BJJ more accessibe for women. Even though the popularity of BJJ under women is growing, it’s still a highly male oriented sport. BJJ Lady believes strongly in the power of BJJ as a great source of empowerment for women. BJJ Lady wants to inspire ladies and show the fun and benefits of doing BJJ!
