BJJ Nomad New Episode: ‘Live By The Gi/ Die By The Gi’

BJJ NO-MAD” is a documentary series about two martial artists – a cinematographer and a traveler, who are searching for the way of the warrior around the world starring BJJ black belt and traveler Dimitrios Tsitos and the CEO of BAG OF BONES VIDEOS, cinematographer and a blue belt Mihail Kunchev.

Dimitrios Tsitos: For the past ten years he traveled around the world, visiting 60 countries, not staying more than 6 months in each. He has competed in BJJ in every continent and country that has jiu-jitsu tournaments.

Mihail Kunchev is a cinematographer, who was a producer for some of the biggest reality shows in his country for the past twelve years.
He is a BJJ blue belt under Robert Drysdale, and CEO of martial arts video studio BAG OF BONES FULL CONTACT VIDEOS, which was the official videography partner of ADCC European trials last year.

Their latest and much awaited episode “Live by the Gi/ Die by the Gi” was released today. It is their 4th full length feature film and is based this time in the United Arab Emirates:

Kunchev stated:

Keep an eye for the incredible interview of Roberto Atalla – the guy is inspiring as hell! Cheers to Alexander Tráns who is among the biggest champions of our time and is still humble as a kid. Special THANK YOU to Lubomir Guedjev who helped me a lot to get access to places and people I really wanted to have in the documentary. Thumbs up for Faisal Al Ketbi – the only UAE black belt (except the sheik himself), who found a time to tell us more about the crazy BJJ program in UAE with 350 black belts from all over the world, teaching in schools and the army. And of course the two guys, which I really liked from the first minute of our conversations – Sam McCoy and Jeff Graham – big LOVE to you guys.
Extra special thanx to Dimitrios Tsitos who was my guide, flatmate and a “business partner” in all of this and nothing could ever happened without his efforts. He may be very annoying when he is under the pressure of making a documentary for no time, money and do it look like a budget one, but he was a great guide – there is no doubt about it.
Hope you’ll enjoy the documentary – we have really put all of our hearts and my daughters money for college in it.
