BJJEE recently interviewed 5x word champion Braulio Estima who was conducting a seminar at Frota Academy in Zurich, Switzerland.
Braulio talked about his close relationship with Frota team and their team leader Augusto Frota, and how much he enjoys the world class facilities of the academy.

He spent most of 2015 recovering from a shoulder injury that took him out of World Pro and ADCC. Braulio talks about his return to competition which is set for July 2016 in a BJJ super fight against Danish heavyweight Alexander Trans at Copa Podio in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Braulio Also talked about what is new with his instructional website Estima in Action and what are innovations that he has brought to it.
