Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu was recently featured in mainstream media for the strangest reasons: Australian BJJ champion Kit Dale, one of the funniest people in BJJ and who also has legit skills, recently posted a picture on his Facebook page.
The picture was of a muscle bound man with his daughter. Worldwide mainstream media news saw the post and even made a story about! Everything is great except that the person in the picture was not Kit Dale.
Kit Dale, a two-time World Pro Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu champion from Melbourne, Australia, shared the image to his Facebook page on Sunday, writing: ‘Hahahha smart dad.’
By Wednesday, the image on his page had been liked by 370,000 Facebook users and had been shared more than 45,000 times.
