Conor McGregor will be making an appearance on HBO hit show Game Of Thrones. The notorious irishman is set to make an appearance before Game Of Thrones concludes it’s run on HBO!
This isn’t the first contact McGregor has had with the Game of Thrones cast and Crew. he can be seen sparring the giant playing sir Gregor Clegane in footage below.
McGregor is friends with the actor – Iceland born strongman Hafpor Julius Bjornsson!
Additionally much of Game Of Thrones is filmed in Ireland! Belfast is home to Titanic Studios where Game of Thrones is shot, and only a stone’s throw away from other filming locations across Northern Ireland including The King’s Road, Winterfell, The Wall and Dragonstone.
A source told Metro: “It’s been agreed that McGregor will appear in one of the remaining two seasons of Game of Thrones.
“He was headhunted as it were by HBO, as one of the Game of Thrones directors is a huge UFC fan. They believed that he would be a perfect fit for the show.”
McGregor previously made an appearance in the Call Of Duty video game. It remains to be seen which character the Irishman will play!
